2.3 Blockchain Data
Transactions conducted on the Solana blockchain are publicly visible. Valeo does not control blockchain data, and on-chain transaction history is inherently public. We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes: (a) providing, maintaining, and improving the Services; (b) processing transactions and sending related notifications; (c) responding to support requests and communications; (d) monitoring platform performance, security, and stability; (e) detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and technical issues; (f) complying with applicable legal obligations; (g) generating aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the Services. 4. Sentinel Platform Data
The Sentinel platform processes agent payment data (agent IDs, endpoint URLs, amounts, transaction hashes, network identifiers, and timestamps) on behalf of users who configure the SDK or proxy. This data is stored to provide audit trail functionality, budget enforcement, and dashboard analytics. Users control what data is processed through Sentinel based on their integration configuration. Sentinel audit data is accessible only to the authenticated account that generated it.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sentinel audit records are retained according to the user's account configuration and applicable retention policies. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us through official channels.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
